A witch’s ability to warp the Real to Her whims is not, as commonly believed, based in magic. It is a witch’s Agency, the invisible bindings that tie Her to Her various familiars and dolls, that creates a confluence of probabilities that subtly shift the variables of the Real in favor of Her and those under Her wing, with or without intent. Creating the exact circumstances to be placed in the right place at the right time, or conjuring forth exactly what She needs when She needs it.

For a Witch, there is never a coincidence, and this is perhaps one of the more terrifying powers one possesses, as by its very nature, it is something outside the control of even the entity at its center.
